Pope Francis Publicly Equates Himself with God

One word…unbelievable. On December 27th, 2015 Pope Francis equated himself with Jesus Christ. In fact he didn’t just equate himself, he equated everyone with Jesus Christ. Christians near and far need to understand every aspect of what the pope stated in his “Feast of the Holy Family” statement.

The Pope reflected on the Sunday reading from the Gospel of Luke in which a young Jesus stayed in Jerusalem in the Temple, causing great distress to Mary and Joseph when they could not find him.

“For this little ‘escapade,’ Jesus probably had to beg forgiveness of his parents,” the Pope suggested. “The Gospel doesn’t say this, but I believe that we can presume it.”

Scripture is very clear. Jesus Christ did not sin.

1 Peter 2:22 — 22 Who did no sin, neither was there guile found in his mouth.
2 Corinthians 5:21 — 21 For he hath made him to be [a]sin for us, which [b]knew no sin, that we should be made the [c]righteousness of God in him.
Hebrews 7:26 — 26 [a]For such an high Priest it became us to have, which is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens:
1 John 3:4-5 — 4 [a]Whosoever [b]commiteth sin, transgresseth also the Law: for [c]sin is the transgression of the Law. 5 [d]And ye know that he was made manifest, that he might take away our sins, and in him is no sin.
Hebrews 4:15 — 15 [a]For we have not an high Priest, which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but was in all things tempted in like sort, yet without sin.

The pope is referring to Luke 2:46-50

46 And it came to pass three days after, that they found him in the Temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions: 47 And all that heard him, were astonied at his understanding and answers. 48 [a]So when they saw him, they were amazed, and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee with very heavy hearts. 49 Then said he unto them, How is it that ye sought me? knew ye not that I must go about my Father’s business? 50 But they understood not the word that he spake to them.

What is very evident is that the pope is equating himself to Jesus Christ by claiming he needed forgiveness. Let’s be clear, Jesus Christ did not need forgiveness, He is God.

John 10:30 — 30 I and my Father are one.

The pope, by equating Jesus Christ with a sinner, desecrated the Holy Scriptures; and on top of that he equates himself as God. How, one might ask? There is clear admission that the pope thinks that Jesus Christ was just a man, when he stated that Jesus “needed for forgiveness from his parents.”

The other is the subliminal message being pushed by the pope. By equating Christ as a sinner, without denying what Jesus did on earth, the pope is essentially claiming that any man can do what Christ did, which then the pope is referencing Christ as if he is just a man who makes mistakes. That can be interpreted as the pope attempting to place himself as high as Christ.

It is all an agenda, the agenda of preparing the people for the Antichrist. This is done by minimizing who Jesus Christ is and equating him with man. When in reality, Jesus Christ was not just a man. He was and is God, there is changing that, there is no denying that. Scripture clearly states that Christ did not sin, and it also clearly states that Jesus Christ is GOD.
