School Agrees To Pay $800,000 After Transgender Student Born Female Disallowed Access To Boys’ Bathroom

In an absurd conclusion, a school board in Wisconsin decided to settle a lawsuit by awarding a troubled and confused transgendered student an $800,000 settlement.

The youth was originally denied access to the boy’s bathroom being that she was born a female and still is biologically female. However, she identifies as a boy, which is what her justification was for attempting to utilize the boy’s restroom. The student, Ash Whitaker, filed the lawsuit claiming that the school carried out discriminatory practices against her.

The Kenosha Unified School board voted 5-2 in her favor, and awarded her a whopping $800,000, however, $650,000 of that will go directly to attorney fees.

During the dispute, Whitaker claimed that the teachers would monitor who utilized what specific restroom. Interestingly enough, she graduated from Tremper High School in June 2017, but the suit is mainly for when she returns to the school as alumni.

Previously in June of 2017, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had ruled in May to uphold U.S. District Court Judge Pamela Pepper’s injunction allowing Whitaker to use male-only restrooms despite the school’s directives. After her part in winning in the courts, she further went on to sue the school.

“I am deeply relieved that this long, traumatic part of my life is finally over and I can focus on my future and simply being a college student,” Whitaker, who is now attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, said in response to the settlement decision.

“Winning this case was so empowering and made me feel like I can actually do something to help other trans youths live authentically. My message to other trans kids is to respect themselves and accept themselves and love themselves. If someone’s telling you that you don’t deserve that, prove them wrong.”

The school maintained that students are to utilize the bathroom that aligns with their birth gender and as a result were sued. However, schools that comply with the ridiculous nature that has become modern culture may be ‘collaborating with madness.’ Leading psychiatrist at John Hopkins University, Dr. Paul R. McHugh, warns that supporting transgenderism and sex-change therapy is enabling a ‘mental illness’ to run rampant.

“I have witnessed a great deal of damage from sex reassignment,” states Dr. McHugh in his book. “The children transformed from their male constitution into female roles suffered prolonged distress and misery as they sensed their natural attitudes” as males develop.

“As for the adults who came to us [at Johns Hopkins Hospital] claiming to have discovered their ‘true’ sexual identity and to have heard about sex-change operations, we psychiatrists have been distracted from studying the causes and natures of their mental misdirections by preparing them for surgery and for a life in the other sex,” he said.

“We have wasted scientific and technical resources and damaged our professional credibility by collaborating with madness rather than trying to study, cure, and ultimately prevent it,” said Dr. McHugh.
