CDC Unveils Forced Vaccination and Quarantine Agenda – Mass Ariel Spraying of The United States

While other doctors still question the legitimacy of the Zika and Microcephaly connection; the CDC and HHS have already formulated a plan that would, in essence, create within the United States a police “enforced vaccination” state.

On August 15th, 2016 the CDC commented on an edict that will allow the federal agency alongside the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to quarantine entire geographic areas of the United States. It will also allow for the companies restrict the movement and behavior of inhabitants in these regions, and ultimately require they undergo vaccination–in a voluntary manner of course–or face criminal prosecution.

In other words, the entire agenda for forced vaccinations has just been given the green light.

The satanic global elite, have long sought ways to complete their depopulation agenda. Under the ownership of the cabal, the CDC and HHS can now manifest their fear-based agenda onto the populations of America and then onto the world.

The Zika virus is a scapegoat for their agenda. Doctors around the world are still questioning the legitimacy of the connection between Zika and Microcephaly. In the almost 70 years since the Zika virus was patented by the Rockefeller Foundation, no one ever noticed any association between Zika infection of pregnant women and their babies being born with abnormally small heads or with defects in brain development.

However, like a flash of lightning at the beginning of 2016, the zika virus hit mainstream news. Fast forward to June 2016 and the “crisis” in America begins. Each year roughly 700 cases of Zika strike the US – but before 2016 there was no mention of a connection to microcephaly. To further push the propaganda, in Florida 5,000 mosquitoes were tested for the Zika virus and all tests came back negative, so instead of calming fears the governmental officials stated that finding Zika is like finding a needle in a haystack.

So instead of looking for “the needle” the governor of Florida in conjunction with federal public health agents decided that they needed to do aerial spraying of pesticide.

The pesticide, naled, used to “combat” the mosquitoes is linked to, you guessed it, microcephaly.

Officials told the public not to worry about the pesticide that was being sprayed because it (naled) is harmless. They pointed to EPA reports, which supported their claim.

They didn’t mention that naled was banned in Europe in 2005. They didn’t say that officials in Puerto Rico recently refused to allow the spraying of naled over their citizens. They didn’t mention that naled kills many other types of insects and aquatic creatures in addition to mosquitoes. Most importantly, the official didn’t say that naled and the chemicals that are created when it breaks down in the environment have the potential for causing human birth defects.

So in total, the problem is actually being caused by the “solution” in order for the CDC and HHS to give the world more of the same problem. The pesticides and herbicides will play a significant role in the mass ariel spraying that the CDC and HHS will use to quarantine infected geographic areas.

– Through this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is amending its domestic (interstate) and foreign quarantine regulations to best protect the public health of the United States. These amendments are being proposed to aid public health responses to outbreaks of communicable diseases such as the largest recorded outbreak of Ebola virus disease (Ebola) in history, the recent outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in South Korea, and repeated outbreaks and responses to measles in the United States, as well as the ongoing threat of other new or re-emerging communicable diseases. The provisions contained herein provide additional clarity to various safeguards to prevent the importation and spread of communicable diseases affecting human health into the United States and interstate.

The document’s introductory passages point to the Public Health Service Act and Executive Orders by Presidents Bush and Obama, alongside recent encounters with Ebola and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), as the basis of its action.

– HHS/CDC has statutory authority (42 U.S.C. 264, 265) to promulgate regulations which protect U.S. public health from communicable diseases, including quarantinable communicable diseases as specified in Executive Order of the President. See Executive Order 13295 (April 4, 2003), as amended by Executive Order 13375 (April 1, 2005) and Executive Order 13674 (July 31, 2014). The need for this proposed rulemaking was reinforced during HHS/CDC’s response to the largest outbreak of Ebola virus disease (Ebola) on record, followed by the recent outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in South Korea, both quarantinable communicable diseases, and repeated outbreaks and responses to measles, a non-quarantinable communicable disease of public health concern, in the United States.
