Surprise! NSA Data Will Soon Routinely be Used for Domestic Policing LEGALLY

Government overreach just reached a lot further; the NSA is now set to share data with local police. The Obama administration is on the verge of permitting the National Security Agency to share the data that is STOLEN from private communications from civilians, with local police or domestic police. The idea is to allow more experts to view the data from American citizens and the world that is vacuumed up, including bulk collection of satellite transmissions, communications, and messages acquired.

The potential new policy is a massive violation of privacy. Not only would individuals now have their data stolen, but they can be harassed for it, stalked for it, and so on. An online profile, collected by the NSA, would contain everything that has ever crossed the wires of the internet.

The ACLU states;

What does this rule change mean for you? In short, domestic law enforcement officials now have access to huge troves of American communications, obtained without warrants, that they can use to put people in cages. FBI agents don’t need to have any “national security” related reason to plug your name, email address, phone number, or other “selector” into the NSA’s gargantuan data trove. They can simply poke around in your private information in the course of totally routine investigations. And if they find something that suggests, say, involvement in illegal drug activity, they can send that information to local or state police. That means information the NSA collects for purposes of so-called “national security” will be used by police to lock up ordinary Americans for routine crimes. And we don’t have to guess who’s going to suffer this unconstitutional indignity the most brutally. It’ll be Black, Brown, poor, immigrant, Muslim, and dissident Americans: the same people who are always targeted by law enforcement for extra “special” attention.

The ACLU does not state who the primary targets will actually be. They will not be who is mentioned above, but will likely be; Christians, conservatives, and gun owners.

The data collection alone is a violation of the constitution, but now after all this time the US government can begin to prosecute with the illegally collected data. There is no limit to the use of such force, the amount of information collected has no end. One thing said online in private could soon warrant a SWAT Raid, and in the end be harmless to national security or public safety. This is total martial law in the making.

The police state just grew and it’s on the verge of total martial law, but because it has been done subversively, no one noticed.

Our rights don’t concern government officials anymore. The violations that could amount from this alone are astounding. Combined with the TPP, private communications could literally warrant jail time for individuals who speak out about corruption.

This is informational martial law.
