NEWS petition asks President Trump to pardon Roger Stone

    As we and others reported Friday, Roger Stone was found guilty of all seven charges against him and now faces 50 years in prison.  As a result, a petition asks President Trump to pardon him.

    “We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the President of the United States grant a full and unconditional pardon to Roger Jason Stone Jr.,” the petition, which can be seen here, reads.

    As of this writing, 10,660 people have signed the petition.

    “He was railroaded. Pardon him,” one person said.

    “Kangaroo court.. jury rigged… judge biased,” another person added.

    “His only crime was being a supporter of Donald Trump,” a third person said.

    Others said that many have lied to Congress and have not been charged with a crime.

    Trump responded to the conviction, calling it a double standard:

    A post at the Gateway Pundit said that Judge Amy Berman Jackson refused to let Stone present evidence that would have set him free:
