Dad trying for years to stop ex-wife from transitioning son fears they’ll move to avoid court ruling

(LifeSiteNews) – Jeff Younger, who has been battling for custody of his twin boys for years, fears that a recent court decision will allow his ex-wife to move to California to circumvent a prior ruling and chemically castrate one of the twins.

Younger’s ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, has treated their now 10-year old son James like a girl since he was three, calling him “Luna,” clothing him in dresses, and presenting him in school as a girl. Amid a legal battle that granted her full custody of the children in 2021, Georgulas admitted multiple times under oath that she intends to “transition” James to a girl.

Younger argues that his ex-wife led James to socially present as a girl before he was mature enough to understand its implications. He previously explained to LifeSiteNews that James presented as a boy when he was with Younger, and a former LifeSiteNews reporter who met James observed that he “has the energy and spirit of a young boy,” and engaged in typical boy behaviors, including wrestling.
