Global Goal Nine: China, Japan, Russia and South Korea Set to Build MASSIVE Infrastructure For The Multipolar World Order

China, Russia, Japan, and South Korea are all taking part in the plan to create a ‘Super Grid’ which will “power the world,” and is a part of global goal nine from the 2030 Agenda. Led by the head of a telecom and Internet giant SoftBank Group, the plan is to build infrastructure based which will transmit electrical power from renewable sources from areas of the world that are best able to produce it to consumers in other parts of the world.

The developers behind said plan signed a Memorandum of Understanding that seeks to create the ‘Asia Super Grid.’ The concept is derived from an idea by Masayoshi Son, who is founder and head of the telecom and Internet giant SoftBank Group.

“I was a total layman (in renewable energy) at the time of the earthquake,” Son told an audience attending in Tokyo last Friday. But perhaps his lack of technical knowledge is what allowed him to conceive of the Asia Super Grid. His idea was to tap the wind and solar energy power available in the Gobi Desert region of China, estimated to be equivalent to thousands of nuclear reactors. “People said it was crazy, too grand a scheme…politically impossible,” he added.

The leader of the telecom giant attracted interest from Korea Electric Power Company and the State Grid Corporation of China, and Russian power company PSJC Rossetti. After countries became involved, the plan began to take shape. Next came the establishment of the nonprofit Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization which was held in Beijing this past March. GEIDCO is led by Liu Zhenya, former chairman of State Grid. Members include the four Asia Super Grid signatories, as well as utilities, universities, and equipment manufacturers from 14 countries.

GEIDCO’s goal is to link the world’s electric grids to meet global power needs by generating electricity from renewables. The globalist agenda for Interconnected development begins in energy and infrastructure. According to global goal nine of the Sustainable development agenda for 2030; “Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation.”

The targets for Global Goal Nine

• Develop quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure, including regional and transborder infrastructure, to support economic development and human well-being, with a focus on affordable and equitable access for all
• Promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and, by 2030, significantly raise industry’s share of employment and gross domestic product, in line with national circumstances, and double its share in least developed countries
• Increase the access of small-scale industrial and other enterprises, in particular in developing countries, to financial services, including affordable credit, and their integration into value chains and markets
• By 2030, upgrade infrastructure and retrofit industries to make them sustainable, with increased resource-use efficiency and greater adoption of clean and environmentally sound technologies and industrial processes, with all countries taking action in accordance with their respective capabilities
• Enhance scientific research, upgrade the technological capabilities of industrial sectors in all countries, in particular developing countries, including, by 2030, encouraging innovation and substantially increasing the number of research and development workers per 1 million people and public and private research and development spending
• Facilitate sustainable and resilient infrastructure development in developing countries through enhanced financial, technological and technical support to African countries, least developed countries, landlocked developing countries and small island developing States 18
• Support domestic technology development, research and innovation in developing countries, including by ensuring a conducive policy environment for, inter alia, industrial diversification and value addition to commodities
• Significantly increase access to information and communications technology and strive to provide universal and affordable access to the Internet in least developed countries by 2020

The globalist agenda for a New World Order begins in infrastructure and the ‘re-development’ of the world. Asia’s new energy coalition will forward the agenda by creating a massive powerhouse which can and will rival the USA for dominance. The state of the world is shifting from a bipolarity rivalry to that of a multipolarity rivalry, and one that is based on regions rather than political power.
