Law Enforcement Agencies throughout Detroit worked together on a one-day sting to recover missing children.

Authorities from several agencies banded together in an attempt to locate victims of sex trafficking.

According to the U.S Marshals Service the one-day sting took place back on September 26th, 2018 throughout Wayne County.

Out of more than three hundred missing, roughly 123 missing children were located. A total of three sex trafficking cases were discovered. Further, authorities say that the operation is the first of its kind to be conducted in Wayne County.

The US Marshals stated in their message to the remaining missing children and their families, ‘we will never stop looking for you.’
