White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki will hold a press briefing at 12:30 pm Eastern.
It’s expected she will update the Biden administration’s announcement of sanctions against Russian officials and businesses Tuesday related to the poisoning and jailing of opposition leader Alexei Navalny.
Psaki is serving as the 34th White House press secretary. Previously, she was a spokesperson for the Department of State and held various press and communications roles in the Obama White House. She was selected as White House press secretary by Biden last November.
